We have enjoyed reading the story of ‘Winnie the Witch’. In the story, Winnie casts a spell to help the vegetables grow a little quicker, but then her spell backfires because they then don’t stop growing! We planted some pumpkin seeds and cast our own spells in the hope that they would grow overnight! They certainly did grow, it was simply magical.
