Forest school

We have had all sorts of weather this term, in the forest. We have enjoyed everything from fire making, eating dandelions, nature walks, weaving and doing our own thing. Thanks, Tom.

Science in action

We were amazed to see changes in states of matter when it rained during Forest School, then the sun came out!

English - exploring a text

We looked at a variety of adventure story texts, to see what features they included. WE decided if they were a WAGOLL or a WAGODLL!

Maths - Practical Fractions

Outdoor Science - predicting and observing

We looked at items through a magnifying glass or under a microscope, after predicting what we might see.

Heritage Project

Our part of the project was to look at the Bradford of the future, and our role in it. We really enjoyed finding out about the City of Culture bid, plus other plans for Bradford's future.

Trip to Jorvik and DIG

We had a fantastic day in York being archaeologists and visiting a Viking Street (which smelt awful!).
